Superb, very knowledgeable physio who has worked wonders on my hip and back

Gareth is a nice man and he dose his work on you like no one i ve had beforehand,feeling great after neck and back have been work on,five stars for me.

A great 60 minute deep tissue massage earlier today. Gareth is great to chat to as well, nothing worse than silence. Put's you at ease with his knowledge and abilities. I had some very tight Traps and a slighlty tight Lower back, Gareth went to work on it and i'm feeling the benefit. I'll back every 4 weeks.

I went to Gareth during my Ironman training and he was able to pinpoint and address the problem areas each time. He’s really knowledgeable and puts me at ease. Would highly recommend 🙂
