Balding driver, aged 60’s, greying beard and moustache, black rimmed glasses; removed my teenage daughter from the number 64 bus after he refused to stop at a marked stop for her boyfriend. When she told the driver he had driven past her boyfriend and asked him to stop so he could run down and get on at the next stop, he refused and asked her to exit the bus too whilst shouting at her They were both left stranded on Gannow lane for well over an hour. Disgusting. 0 stars if possible.

Today, while I was experiencing a hypoglycaemic episode (I am a Type 1 diabetic), my dad was trying to get me home urgently. One of your drivers refused to reverse literally one foot to let us pass on a narrow road in Ribchester. Multiple members of the public also asked him to reverse, yet he continued to refuse. Shockingly, he then made a two-finger gesture towards us through the window. This behaviour is unacceptable — especially from someone operating a public service vehicle. When a member of the public is visibly unwell, basic empathy, awareness and professionalism should be expected. Instead, your driver chose hostility, stubbornness and disrespect. I have attached photographs of the driver and the bus he was operating. I genuinely hope Vision Bus take this matter seriously and ensure appropriate action and training are taken. No one should be met with aggression when they are unwell and simply trying to get home safely.

I've used the 347 to Southport and to Chorley I have also used the 337 to ormskirk they are very efficient and they you get a nice welcome when you get on the bus they are pleasant rides on both buses

Absolutely disgusting, I get the 64 from Whalley to padiham and I sometimes have to wait for an hour as there is only two buses running at a time and today it just went straight past me

First time I've used the 115 service and I'm surprised at all the negative comments, 19-10 from Tesco Leyland ....arrived and departed on time, a pleasant trip & may I add a very courteous and pleasant driver, thanks Mohammed Mahmood

Had a very aggressive driver trying to bully me on the road, I’d pulled round the bus as he was pulled over. He then doesn’t bother to check his mirrors, whacks his indicator on and nearly slams into the side of me. Then proceeds to hang out the window trying to intimidate me giving a rude hand gesture, the bully should not be behind the wheel of a public service vehicle. Email sent to company, not heard anything back after 4 days.

Late 113 bus service from Preston, driver shouted and was aggressive when I had to step off the kerb on Church Street for him to stop. Threatened to throw me off the bus when I tried to ask why he didn't indicate, as he had no intention of stopping, even though I had my hand out, falsely accused me of being drunk!? and said if I complained about him he'd refuse to let me on in future. Put in a complaint about this obnoxious driver.

I got the 113 bus today from Preston bus station, never been so disappointed the bus driver was rude and disrespectful. A woman got onto the bus and asked him about another bus I understand if he didn't know, there was no need to rude and shrug at her, after she asked/said something else. He processed to give her a sarcastic and awfully mannered response of 'I don't know where you're going. I only know where I'm going there was better way of handling the situation. She got off the bus he didn't drive off he waited told her to take a picture of the bus number and him. He then processed to stick two thumbs up said to the whole bus everyone smile for the camera which people at the back of the bus started laughing at the poor woman. I'm so disappointed I didnt get off of the bus I seriously wish I had done but i was stopped my partner. I've never been more disappointed in myself and humanity He drove unnecessarily fast. stopped last second. If your aren't a people person don't work on PUBLIC transport.

Absolutely bad drivers ! Drive far to fast in 20mph zones and I was nearly rear ended by a Route 63 bus on Wellfield Drive as he couldn’t be bothered to slow down or stop as I was trying to reverse! I was already reversing as he came flying around the corner. Pathetic then he sat on his horn then as he went passed stopped and shouted abuse at me through his window! I work for the Council so a Complaint will be registered. Bad, bad behaviour

My 11 year old daughter got thrown off the bus by the driver because she was 10p short. He kept the money. I rang and spoke to customer services who dealt with it thoroughly and she was offered a free return trip next time.
